I would guess that most would hang more than one light fixture over the tank, as opposed to one extremely long fixture?

T-5"s come in 5' and 3' fixtures. I ran 2 3' fixtures on my reef and 1 5' fixture on my ray tank. both 6' tanks.

I have a 180 with T5's I will be selling the fixture here in a couple/few weeks when my led's are completed.  It is 6' long has twelve 39W bulbs for 468 W of power in it and really does a good job, even have some SPS that are doing really well under it.  Here are a couple looks at it, wasn't really shooting it so may not be that good.
