I have a 225 FW tank in my TV room and the room, even in the basement and in the winter, is humid and quite warm. I was considereing running a vent/fan out of the house from the room. It would be easy because the wall the tank is against boarders an unfinished closet so I ould have open access to power it and everything.
I had considered (for about .5 seconds) a bathroom fan. Those things are so noisy I retired that idea almost as soon as it came up.
Where do I turn for info/ideas on getting hardware to move some air?

Bathroom fans are only noisy if you have the inexpensive ones. Good fans are very quite. I run dehumidifiers and have the humidity down to 35%. I do have fans removing air out of my wet room downstairs but that more for the smell than anything else.

I would think a fan would do both, deal with humidity and heat. That's why I think it may be a better idea for me as opposed to a dehumidifier. I think it'd be cheaper too. Right?

Be careful how much "heat" your pulling out this time of year. The more volume you pull the more your furnace will have to replace. Before I ran Dehumidifiers I would keep a window cracked to let the humidity go out. My wife was not to fond of the draft or increase in heat bills.
My suggestion is run a dehumidifier and a fan blowing the heat into the room and away from your tank. That way you can benefit from "free" Heat and remove the humidity at the same time. You can get a factory refurbished dehumidifier off of e-bay for under $100.00. With a warranty.

If you're looking to move air from the near the tank, you may consider a crawl space fan. They move a lot of air, most use a humidistat controller, and they are not very noisy. These can also be had on e-bay for relatively cheap.
Good luck!

Can I expand this to include a circulation fans for lights? I want something as close to silent as is realistic to put into the top of my cabinet to pull warm air out of my light housing and into the room. I have a vaulted ceiling and this is a half-wall that my tank is build into.
I'm thinking along the size of a computer case fan, but would want to plug it into an outlet...

Another thought.
Utah's humidity is typically VERY low, causing a lot of people to run humidifiers. Would it make sense to push air from a humid room into the cold air return to help the humidity of the house?

You can buy 4-5" fans from e-bay or some of the LFS that plug in to normal house hold current. I have 2 in my canopy on my 125. They are pulling straight up in between the halides. Works good.
If you are dealing with condensation on your windows already then you really don't need to move the humidity any where. You need to remove it.

Some humidity os good for the health.......70Ltrs are quite a bit of moisture in the room.
Guess it will keep your air clean as well. Good luck, Maximo

Maybe but with out the "wet sticky feeling." Dehumidifiers are awesome. With them you know exactly how much humidity is in your home. I keep mine at 35%. Before it read 70-80% Ouch.
