Maybe but with out the "wet sticky feeling." Dehumidifiers are awesome. With them you know exactly how much humidity is in your home. I keep mine at 35%. Before it read 70-80% Ouch.

Some humidity os good for the health.......70Ltrs are quite a bit of moisture in the room.

You can buy 4-5" fans from e-bay or some of the LFS that plug in to normal house hold current. I have 2 in my canopy on my 125. They are pulling straight up in between the halides. Works good.
 
If you are dealing with condensation on your windows already then you really don't need to move the humidity any where. You need to remove it.

Another thought.
 
Utah's humidity is typically VERY low, causing a lot of people to run humidifiers.  Would it make sense to push air from a humid room into the cold air return to help the humidity of the house?

Can I expand this to include a  circulation fans for lights?  I want something as close to silent as is realistic to put into the top of my cabinet to pull warm air out of my light housing and into the room.  I have a vaulted ceiling and this is a half-wall that my tank is build into.

 
I'm thinking along the size of a computer case fan, but would want to plug it into an outlet...

If you're looking to move air from the near the tank, you may consider a crawl space fan. They move a lot of air, most use a humidistat controller, and they are not very noisy. These can also be had on e-bay for relatively cheap.
