Try feeding frozen clams and when he gets used to eating those I will put frozen food such as mysis inside so he can started to pick at it

Like store bought frozen clams with shell and stuff? Or the prepared stuff that's cubed?

If I was wanting it to eat Aiptasia, I would not feed it anything thing other than the normal feeding of the current fish. Anything it starts liking will replace it's natural food which is Coral Polyps and Aiptasia. Give it a week to get accustomed to the tank, to find and start eating Aiptasia. Here is an underwater pic of a tide pool in Hawaii where no Copperband or other Butterflyfish (nor Tangs) have been.

If a fish starts picking at coral or even looking at coral as if it might nibble, I train it using the methods described here.

I used this method just recently to teach a Puffer to leave new fish alone.

I've had a couple Copperbands over the years. Absolutely beautiful fish. I purchased both of them from LADD and they were already eating Mysis.
Even if your Copperband excepts Aptasia, and not all do, there is very little chance that a tank on its own has enough glass anemones to support this magnificent fish. I would start with small types of frozen food. A mixed diet of brine and mysis shrimp, algae, and squid meat will help ensure proper nutrition.
A government strong enough to give you everything you want, is powerful enough to take everything you have.
