O.k. My gsp is out of control. It is creeping onto everything. Is scraping it off rocks the only option? Is there something I can put on it to spot kill it?

What ?!? Why would anyone want to get rid of their GSP, it's the greatest coral ever!!! (I'm actually kind of serious when I say that... I really like the look of GSP )

So how do you keep it from spreading over all of the rock it is on? I have it on a pretty big rock and it is as big as I want it to get.

as soon as Mcsalty runs out you can contact me for rocks of GSP ... I have more than I wish .. and I am willing to trade for similar size rock ... I cant just sell it .. my tank is low on LR right now .. so .. and I have 2 different kinds ...
Dwyer,
the best way is to put the rock in the sand bed not letting if touch anything else .. this dose not work all the time though .. I have GSP growing on rocks that are across the tank that have never touched the main colonie .. lol ...

Are you talking about Aiptasia? ... I bought and used a product called Aiptasia X for my wifes tank its a LRWA tank .. (Live rock with Aiptasia lol) and it works awesome! .. its good stuff and will not mess up with water chemistry ... you can sit there all day killing Aiptasia and no PH spike or anything else ... the stuff will stick to the disk so they are unable to release planulas ... Good stuff .. Marine Aquatics turned me on to the stuff .. I highly recommend it ...
