What is your experience with All-Glass 125 gallon tanks (72x18x22) with the Dual Mega Flows and pre-drilled for 3/4" returns and 1" drains as far as flow goes? Is the stock tank no mods sufficient for flow or have you had to modify the tank to achieve a good flow rate?
Edit: My return pump is a Reef Flo Dart

Guess I should have said I am looking for whether the drains are going to give a good GPH turn over to the sump. Or has the stock tank need some modification to move the water to the sump.
As for water movment my plan so far is to use 2 3/4" Sea Swirls mounted in the front corners along with a couple of other outlets from the over flow boxs.

For Display to sump draining, and the 3/4in return mine seems sufficient. I run two submersible return pumps, and together they push a lot of water. for in tank flow you definately want some powerheads. vortechs seem to be really nice (i dont have any myself), but i run 4 koralias in mine and seem to get decent flow. The sea swirls will be nice coming from the front once you get rock in there too
