I run two submersible return pumps, and together they push a lot of water. for in tank flow you definately want some powerheads. vortechs seem to be really nice (i dont have any myself), but i run 4 koralias in mine and seem to get decent flow. The sea swirls will be nice coming from the front once you get rock in there too]]>
