I was told GSP and PIPE now im being told its incrusting ???? something It dose look like GSP but it is much finner and greener.  It grows fast. Thanks

I figure if I cant find it I will give it a real lame dumby name like
Encrusting Fine GSP  LOL

i have some Erythropodium caribaeorum in my tank and its a very bright neon green.  I love the look of it and it does grow fast.  I cant tell for sure if that is what you have unless you can get a clear shot of the bottom of it.  If it looks like leather when its all retracted then that is what you have.

According to Julian Sprung's coral book it's Briarium, sometimes called Encrusting Gorgonian. It comes in all the same colors as GSP; brown, pink, green and neon green. I probably have a pic. Yes here are two:
