So i was looking for my old tank build and found it, needless to say it wasn't worth continuing. I decided i would just start fresh and put some of the pictures from the past up with it.
Here we go!
This is just after picking the tank up and before i cleaned it out.
Final Aquascape my wife came up with
First Coral along with my halloween hermit
First fish along with some new coral.
More coral and my Flame Angle Kagado
A sad sad little montipora i ended up saving
Cleaner shrimp hanging out with wife
"Chowda" the clam, ended up selling him he would bury coral.
Nifty little chalice and digdug the two spot
Sunset Monti in its prime (Lost 90% of it last night when my RBTA planted on it)
Japanese Acans from Jared
FTS after 3 months
Sun Coral before they went off to Rara
1 year mark / last picture before going to LEDS
Next post will be my lighting set up and some new stuff i have added since lighting

My wife and family ended up buying me LED's for Christmas, i installed them Wednesday and let me say retrofitting in a RSM hood is a pain in the ass it took way to long but i got it all done and everything works great.
Here is my son helping me unpack everything from RapidLED
Color coded the LED's since they aren't marked
Final Layout
Tearing apart the hood
Drivers installed
New FTS, i gotta say compaired to the power compacts its BEAUTIFUL
A lot of my coral has been shuffled around, the wife stole a good amount for her tank and i have placed quite a few pieces into my Picotope. Now to let the coral adjust to the lights and then move the rest of the pieces on the sand to the rocks.

Beautiful tank. I do wonder why the child is laying on his back playing with the LEDs when he should have the soldering iron out and get working to help out?

Dion, They are solderless LED's, after working with them i would just put in the extra time and use the ones you need to solder cost less plus you can make it a ton cleaner. As far as helping he just doesn't have the stamina to hold something like that up yet but you better be sure right when he gets to that point i am putting him to work. He did sit there and give me moral support!

I added a few new pieces to the tank last night.
Awesome unnamed chalice, after looking at the mother colony i had to have a piece
Mummy Eye Chalice.
And last a Echinata
This week i will have to make a full list of what i have stocked.

I will also be making a coral run tonight to get a few things. Tyree Bubblegum monster Chalice, Alien Eye Chalice, Mary Jane Zoas, Spiderman Zoas and some hammers for my wife. Lights will be off by the time i get home so i will update pictures of them Friday.

My tank is in my bedroom and since we have our 6 month old still in the room (until he can sleep through the night) the lights go off @ 9
