Scooter blennies are pelagic spawners. During spawning ascent they release sperm/eggs into the water column. Eggs are positively buoyant and stay in strands making collection easy. Eggs hatch on day 2, Pelagic larvae hatch with no eyes or mouth present. Day 2 eyes present. Day 3 to 4 mouth and gut visible.
I would try raising larvae in BRT (black round tub).
Maybe try feeding ss rotifers, parvocalanus crassirostris, acartia tonsa, or apocyclops panamensis.
Forums you could try Marine Breeding Initiative (MBI) and MOFIB.
Good book to read- The Complete Illustrated Breeders Guide, by Matthew L. Wittenrich.
Good Luck and keep us updated!

Whow thank you very much. Right now, and for the past 2-3 month's they have been doing a "courting ritual" all over my tank, lol. The male puffs up all big and bad, than jumps infront of the female. They lock fins and float all around the tank... They do this for 5 min sometimes. Longest has been upwards of a hour. Stopping every min or so than restarting.
