I'm writing this review for the SCA-303 150 gallon rated cone skimmer.  This is my first review of any kind, I just wanted to get the word out because I feel this is a GREAT skimmer for the price.
  • Pump specs: 110-120V/60Hz 45.5watt, 2650 L/h.
  • Dimensions: 10" X 7" X 23"..

The pump is an atman 2500 with a pinwheel and runs VERY quiet.  My RIO 3100 return pump for my display over powers the noise of this pump.  The micro bubbles created are impressive and it began producing skimate in about an hour on my tank.  The blue riser is fully adjustable for water flow.  My sump is maintained about 8 inches of water and I have the dial just below "4".  I wouldn't go below 5 inches with this skimmer.  It is priced at $130 with free shipping.  They make a smaller skimmer which is an exact clone of a bubble magus NCA-7.  These are similar to their larger skimmer but at a way better price.  I wouldn't be surprised that these skimmers increase in price as their popularity grows.  Mine is attached to a lightly stocked 75 gallon with 30 gallon sump.  It has pulled out over half a litre of dark yellow skim in a week.  (I was without a skimmer for a week so I'm over skimming for a while).  The skimmer did not come with instructions but if you know anything about skimmers it's easy to figure out.  The collection cup comes off to access the cones for cleaning, but the base plate is not removable.   I am not able to

Sorry, my pc froze.  Anyway, I'm not able to get my hand in to the cone to clean it, but a dish washing brush fits in easily enough to clean.  IT does produce crazy micro bubbles so a baffled sump is required.  I run it between 5 baffles and no MB's make it to my display.
Pros:Price
        Quiet
         Easy assemble/disassemble
         Drain fitting on collection cup
         Powerful
Cons:
        Micro bubbles
        Size (fairly tall)

That's the link to the seller and it has photos as well.  I'd definitely recommend this skimmer.  When I got it the pump didn't work.  They sent me a new pump no questions asked in 2 days!  It was crazy fast.  Give it a try guys, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Is the air draw 2650 lph? Or water flow? imo this pump specs are on water flow and not air intake numbers

Id say it's the water draw of the pump before the addition of the needle wheel.
