I am assuming you tried the Aquarium etc? They have a bunch of parts. Have you asked a LFS if they could order them in for you?

i need some for a 1 inch pipe to fit in how much are they i need one but if the price is good i will get some spares

Bird World in Bountiful has uniseals.

12v relay can be had at any auto parts store or ANY electrical supply store in SLC.
