I bought a FOWLR tank last weekend.  This was taken the first night when it was still cloudy and a bit unsettled.
 
 
After pouring over aquascaping tips, I decided to rearrange the rock!
 
It is starting to look a lot better!

the aquascaping is much better, if that is what you want to call the first pic...lol. looks good. if you need any help this forum is a great resource.
Make sure you post your best pictures every month in our POTM forum.

My peppermint shrimp love the new overhanging rock.  All the fish swim around and around all the little openings.
 
I found something kind of scary on a rock that has little clam shells imbedded in it. YIKES it still makes my skin crawl. It looked like is was coming out of the rock and had red and white spider looking legs. ERghhh. I accidentally dropped that rock and couldn't bring myself to touch it again. LOL I do that out in the garden sometimes too when something surprises me.
 
Vadryn, I am excited to be here!  I am really frustrated with the lack of LFS close by and if it wasn't for this site and some great fish geeks I know I think I would have given up already (just kidding).
 
Sanddune, hopefully the next time you see it, it will look more like yours! ;) I have been admiring your work.  It is fantastic.

I totally understand! I started my first tank when I lived in Logan and was so frustrated I just let the mushrooms grow and the damsels get bigger! Your tank looks great! I love the rock work on it too!
