make one from LEDs. If you're gunna just do softies, one of the cheap T5 fixtures from home depot will work too.

YES! Rapid led had a GREAT fixture I got (well actually it wa a etremely easy diy that took 5 minutes) and You can choose any color of led and there are a couple of different kits you can get and I got the 55$ one that has six lights, which is actually pretty bright one my biocube..... it may not be what you were looking for but I hope this helps
