I'm looking to replace my current ViaAqua 1300 pump that currently run my 65g.  I want to replace it with a better and stronger flow rate pump.  Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

Look into the Rio 14HF. I run one on my 50 cube and like it. Affordable, very quiet and pushes good flow. Found some other good options if you're looking to spend more on a pump. Got my Rio second hand and it's getting a little long in the tooth, but for the price, I think I may just end up getting another one of the 14HF's.
