 Topic: For Sale Forum - Post Approval

I am having an issue posting on the "For Sale" forum. When I try to post I get a pop-up that says my post needs to be approved by a moderator before becoming public. I waited for 4 days and the post still says it's pending approval. This never used to be an issue in the past. Does anyone else know why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

This happens when the words used in the post hit the spam filters. I'll go take a look and see what I can find out.
