I have been searching online alot lately for a smaller tank like pico or fluvel but does anyone know of a good website that has pretty cheap prices and possibly free shipping? Not like ebay, but some website thats focused on fish and marine.

Sometimes u can find the older fluvals for cheap. I paid 50 for mine at petco.
