I need help with my skimmer.  Its simply not working, if anyone has experience in setting one up i would appreciate the help

If it's new, there is a break in period.  Most take 3 days and as long as a week to start working

no its not new...its a Berlin...has two exit ports...I dont think I have it hooked up right.  Need someone who knows about these...before i go shopping for a new one

Saw your other thread too but you haven't told us what's wrong. I'm guessing you'd get more help if people knew what to help with. This and the duplicate post in the equipment section have been read over 125 times between them so there are people looking to see if they can help but there is no hint as to the problem.

Is it not even powering on? Is it not skimming right? If it's not hooked up right then a picture may help someone familiar with the model.
