I'm thinking of getting 2 jebao wp-25s or 1 wp-40 for my 90 gallon.  If I did the wp-25s I would like to put one on each side.

Setting it up with an apex to control them.  They will be the only power heads in the tank.  My return pump pushes 900+ gallons per hour.

I like how small the 25s are.  Right now I am using 2 - Koralia evolutions 1500 and it seems like too much flow with my return pump.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have 2 wp25's on my 90 and have great flow.  I only run them on the middle power setting.

Do you have one on each side or both on the same side.  Is it possible to sync them to get the wave option with them on separate sides?

I have one on each side. They do not sync I run one one else mode and the other on wave 1.  I think I will make the Apex Sync cable in the future and try for a more synced wave.

i run two wp 25's in my 90 as well. one on each side.. i run them both on w1/s1. i get competing waves that meet in the middle. great flow.

Jebao has a new twin controller(on backorder everywhere) that will sync 2 pumps. 

In answer to your question, I have one wp40 in my 90 gallon running on full and it does great.  I'm looking to add another wp40 and add the twin controller as soon as I can get my hands on one.

I'm running two WP40s on my 120 at the lowest setting. I think the WP25s would be great on a 90. A sync cable and apex would be pretty slick and enable control of both pumps without trying to find the new dual control from Jeboa.

Erik and I will build a cable one day soon and try it out.

I have 2 wp-25s and the reef angel cables on order.  Plan on controlling it with my apex.  I'm super excited.
