I have been trying to get my lighting fine tuned on a 30" deep tank. I'm running AI Sol Blue LED's (6 units on 72" * 24" * 30" tank) and would really like to get a better gage for what I am actually providing at various depths. Does anyone have a par meter and the expertise, knowledge, willingness, and or time to assist?

A PAR meter cannot correctly read PAR for LED lights so there really is no way to "fine tune".
In my experience the best route is to carefully watch coral behavior and response as the guide for lighting adjustment. In the end, of course as is often stated, the beauty of aquarium lighting is really in the eye of the beholder.
