Radion Reflector Melting?

Over time, salt creep built up in our Radion fans and started affecting their operation. I took the lights down and disassembled the lights for cleaning. Upon disassembly, I noticed that one of the reflectors farthest away from the power cord end was melted around the center LED. Has anyone else experienced this? They seem to work fine.
