Hey I want to set up a 10 gallon nano of mostly zooathid, ricordia, hammer, star polyps... I don't want to go with any MH lighting. I was thinking of using the 20" 2x40w pc versions out there. Any suggestions. Do you think these will work well or should I consider something else?

I have read that the ideal amout of light is 3-5 watts per gallon but I don't see this rule followed very often.  With this set up I will have 8 watts per gallon.  Is this too much?  Should I go with a sing 1x40 set up?

I will have 2x55W Pc's left over tomorrow.  Come by and see mt tank tomorrow and you could get a steal of a deal on all the light you need for a 10g.  BTW I have 220W over my 20g, and I just upped to a 250W MH and I am trying to cram in 2 55W's in there too for a total of 360W over a 20g .

them. I could use one more over my 12g nano.
