    Posted: November 11 2012 at 11:49pm
So I am building a LED setup for Lynn's 54 gallon corner tank. I am using 10 x 10Watt Leds. There is going to be 5 blues 2 x 10000-15000k   2 x 15000-20000k and 1 x 20000-25000k. I just all all the parts in and I am going to start the build the blues and whites are going to be on seperate dimmers and controled by knobs on the side of the tank.

I Finally got all the parts

Here is the Heatsink with 4 LEDs attached. there will be three different heatsinks identical to this one.

I started one the wiring this morning. Its not complete but i will take pictures once I light it up.

Ok I got found a little more time to do some wiring. I got 1 of 3 parts lit up. the pictures are hard to see because they are so bright my camera was having a hard time adjusting

the reason I am doing this in 3 parts instead of one solid fixture is that it works around his current lighting so he could use either his metal halide or the leds.

All online mostly from ebay. all the wire and other little things are from home depot. After this build i am going to do a more traditional fixture
