Does anyone have any aiptasia X I could use on this? Or any other type of remedy that works and won't cause it to reproduce?

Lemon juice injection. Might have to do it a couple times depending on the size.

Majano can actually be removed with tweezers. Not like Aptasia that retracts into the rock.

I agree with Paul and the tweezers. Majano are pretty solid, different than Aiptasia. If a Majano is easy to reach, I have also jabbed it with a sharp toothpick in the stalk below the disc, then twisted and pulled it off the rock. Job over.  Aloha, Mark

VINEGAR, home made KALK paste, tweezers, Aptasia X, Super Glue.... take your pick they will all work.
