Found this in a tank I had running for about 2-3 months (not the main tank). It has some rocks and algae in there and a couple of frags. Not sure if this is good or bad. Thanks.

I believe that is a Stomatella, they are good!

Yup, searched for Stomatella and they look exactly the same. Good to know they are the good ones. It goes back in the tank.
