I found some weird (I know most things are good)blue centipede type things in my tank tonight. They are a quarter inch or smaller. Any ideas?

I am still not much of a photographer, but here are some pics.  He was wiggling in the water column and then settled in the sand.

Sorry the pic is so bad.  I just have a cheap digital camera and it was hard to get it to focus on something that small in my tank when I could only use a flash light for lighting.  It has a bunch of little legs (below it, not out to the side) and swims by jerking around.  I went through the link and didn't find any that matched.  They are about the size of a medium pod.
