I recently bought a 100 watt metal-halide security light so I can do a diy project. I have noticed that there are different color, 6k,10k,20k ect, in the sizes from 175w to 400w, but not in the 100w size.
Has any body seen these colors in 100w size? And what color would the basic 100w bulb be if it does not state a color?
Any info would be appreciated, Thanks

100 w is not a wattage associated with aquarium lighting
they come in
 
 
HQI (double ended)
70w, 150, 250, 400
 
Single ended
175, 250, 400
