I have a glass 10gal that i am gonna put my Yellow box fish in for the time being...What would you guys suggest for filtering and as far as a power head?  I know he can't have alot of flow and I dont wanna have him sucked into anything! Do you think and changing a few cups of water everyday would be enough filtration for him!?

I would say: (Coming from a below beginner level)--but with my background with plants I think I would be safe to say--Put macros in the tank and use regular flourescent tubes(one warm/one cool)--harvest the macro occasionally to take the excess nutrients out of the water.  Then supplement that with water changes and carbon filtration.

I think thats a good plan!

A new 10 gal?...I thought this fish was already in your Nano?  Oh maybe this is the Nano
Please call me. I'd like to help you keep that fish alive. There is a lot more to this than can be said in just a few posts here.
What is the current filtration?
BTW, I doubt you'll have to worry about it outgrowing the 10 gal.
