I got some purple algea in my sump. it is not a lot but spots of it on the top of the water. Dont see any in my tank at all. Is this something I need to be concerned about?If so what do I need to do?

If it is in the sump/refugium then it is nothing much to worry about unless it gets to out of control.  I have a good patch that has been in my refugium for some time.
