It is with great sadness that I inform everyone that club icon Ross Bagshaw has passed away.
For many, many years, Ross and his wife Carolyn were staple club members. Carolyn was well known for her home- baked treats at club meetings, including those delicious eclairs. Ross, a long time Reef Tour host was known for his massive coral colonies (and incredible model train set).
Carolyn passed away almost a year ago. The presidency has made a donation in her name to the Coral Restoration Foundation. Even in Carolyn's absence, Ross carried on with his reef aquarium hobby. He (like Carolyn) was kind to all, and genuinely friendly to everyone he met.
The Bagshaws were fantastic people, and honest friends. For more than a decade our club was fortunate enough to spend time with them.
