Well I finally found a mantis shrimp in my tank. It is about 1 inch long and purple. Cute little thing, now time to see if I can catch it.

Caught him. The rock he was in was near the front of the tank and was small. I just netted the rock and him. Now he is sitting in a holding container.

I think it is a smasher since it was found on some rock, but I have not seen it's claws to know for sure.
