I got a pygmy possum wrasse yesterday and would love to get him eating pellets. He had no interest in them. Also he was not interested in frozen food. I do not have many pods as my tank is new. Any suggestions?

I'd try to stock your tank/refugium with pods.  I had luck with mine eating Calanus until he got used to my feeding schedule of frozen food.  It didn't seem to take long, but it did take some diligence.

It is possible that longing for something is actually better than having it. Satisfaction is the death of desire.

I had one of those in an established tank. I got rid of him when I took the tank down because I never saw him. I don't know if he ever at the frozen food I fed him but I doubt it.

I'm pretty lucky he isn't as timid as they normally are. He will stay out cruising around even when I'm up close to the tank.
