Kelly says that in moving the tank this evening the Specific Gravity got down to 1.018 and he ran out of salt. That's the reason for the emergency. I let him know that it won't be a bad problem going down to that level, just raise it up slowly over the next few days. Coral might get a little irritated but should be fine. Fish don't care. In the wild they can handle swift drops in salinity because of dilution from heavy winter rains and runoff.
