I have a small torch coral in my nano that for the most part has been doing fine, but this morning I found that the polyp head had disconnected itself from the "tube" and was lodged in the rockwork on the other side of the tank.
I am assuming that it is a gonner, but I keep hearing Mark's words ringing in my head about "never assuming anything is dead". The head is sitting in the rocks, polyps fully extending like nothing happened.
I've never had one do this before, so any help would be apprecaited.
Thanks
