What is this orange spotted bubble?

I noticed this soft orange spotted bubble growing in my tank. It must have come in on the rock or one of the corals. It's soft and seems like it is hollow inside. Can anyone help me to ID it? Is there any need for concern?

I have had Red bubble algae that had orange spots on them. Also interestingly they send to slime a bit when I try to remove them.

Thanks for the info! This is the first I've heard of red bubble algae. I've only every seen the green variety of bubble algae previously.
