Im setting up my 55 and when I had it drilled I have a 1" for the overflow output and then 3/4" for my return.., I wanted to have 4 outputs(lockline) coming out of the overflow box..., has anyone had experience w/ this I dont know where to start I need the 3/4" hose attatched to the bulkhead(which I should be able to handle on my own), but then split it in 4 then drill the overflow box and have water-tight connections on the outside of the overflow box for the lockline to attach I dont know what hardware to purchase and was hoping somone w/ experience w/ this could give a hardware list and know where to purchase it...

I wouldn't do it that way either. A 55 with a 1" overflow to the sump can't handle a pump big enough to produce the flow required by four return nozzles. Two 1/2" nozzles is the best you could do. You could look at some existing systems and talk to their owners about the plumbing so that you avoid building a system that doesn't work.
