So I just got rid of ich on this fish but now he has this thing on his eye I don't know if is that or cloudy eye has anyone had this on their fish if so what did you guys used to get rid of it I already tried melafix but it didn't work

Popeye.  You can hope that it heals on it's own, which I have experienced.  Or you can pull the fish and treat with an antibiotic.

I had a fish that had that. It went away on it own.
