It was so cool looking.  You're lucky we didn't post pics of it ahead of time.  That is truly one of the coolest corals I've seen.

I looked on frags.org and couldnt find anything like it. I am very happy with it. I would however like to know what the heck it is?

I have something extremely similar to this that is lavender.  Mine hasn't grown at all for almost a year.  They are cool, and I have only seen one other like mine.

oh yea we can trade frags of it if it is. I am not actualy selling mine. so it isn't in everyones tank.

I agree with Bruce "Hydnopora".   I'm tell you Adam/Jake it is plating Hydno.

It is awesome when the polyps come out.

Wait a minute.  Anyone who went to Idaho to see their reef tour saw one of these.  It took up half the guys tank and Adam said it was the largest coral of it's kind he had ever seen.

Bruce when the polyps come out take another pic and post it please.
