Pretty sure this is a flat worm, but im not sure if its something i need to worry about. I've read good and bad, but would love to hear about your experiences. I only have a 29 gallon tank so most fish that will eat these (that im aware of) are too large and need at least 55 gallons.

Ive also heard good and bad experiences with "flatworm exit"

any advice?

It's a flatworm. Usually, if it has 2 tails, let it be. If it has 3, then it's bad. Those are a harmless type, and flatworm exit doesn't work on them anyway. Consider them food for your fish.

Thanks. Makes me feel much better. I was in a slight panic last night just thinking about them.
