I believe its RTV 130 (dont quote me on the number).

And also GE 12000, these 2 kinds have the best tinsel and tear ratings and its what alot of DIY and professional companies use

Rtv 103 is black, rtv 108 is clear. Both reef safe, not sure about being the best. Additionally, the best at what? Just sealing a leak or structural?
