We took the skimmer out to clean it and not it won't stop overflowing. I have dialed it in on every setting, added egg crates to the bottom and still nothing. I am going nuts and there is no help on their website. Does anyone have experience with these skimmers?

I have this exact skimmer.  The only time I ever have problems with it is after using 2 part epoxy, it will do exactly what you're talking about.  Replacing my activated carbon in my reactor and running it for a day or two seems to fix the problem.

How deep do you have it?  I run mine at 9.25" at setting 3.

We don't have a reactor so that isn't an option. Right now it is sitting in 9.50 at setting 2. I will pull out a piece of egg crate to lower it and see if that helps.

Contrary...I would add egg crate to raise it.  But first I would open up the exit valve to Max and make slow adjustments down(over the course of a few days).

I too think raising it is the solution, Mine is in a 30g Sump and I had to make a little stand with egg crate to raise it about 3"... I'll measure mine when i get home to see how deep it is but I had the same problem when i first set mine up and raising it was the solution!

Ok. I will pop in two more layers of egg crate and start dialing it down. Thanks for the help!
