Hi all!

My ato system got fried with the last power outtage so I've ordered a new one. I ordered the JBJ auto top off as it was on sale at marinedepot.com. I just realized that I need to get a pump for it separately.

Are any of you using this ato system and if so what pump are you using?

I use the JBJ ATO with a maxijet 900.... really anything would work as long as its not super high flow

I have used some Harbor Freight pumps for ATO.  They come on for a few seconds each day and really you don't need anything high quality.  I use the ones that are 6 bucks on sale there.

thank you for your input guys. I ended up stopping by birdworld on my way home from work and picked up a rio 50 and some hose for pretty cheap. should work out nicely.

Argh! the rio 50 isnt strong enough to push the water up. I keep the water container below in the stand and dont really have any other options so back to the lfs tonight to exchange this pump for a bigger one.

Maxijet 900 did the trick. all systems a go lol
