Hello

I'm Codee.  I've been in this hobby for a few months now and I love it.  I bought my first tank that was already in use, so it had the plumbing to the sump and the return plumbing.

I loved the hobby so much that 2 months later I bought a bigger one.  It only had a few plumbing because the guy decided to sell pieces before I got there.  I also thought I had help to get it going with the plumbing, but that has also fell thru.

Anyone willing to come hang out for a day and see what I need and help me put it together?Big smileBig smile

Its a 40 gallon Oceanic Cube.  24"x18"
the drilled hole is at the top of the tank and is a 2" hole.  (in my opinion way too big)  The previous owner was running 2" pipes... isn't that a little big?

I'd love any help, advice, or personal assistance I could get to get this tank up and running.

Hi Codee,

If someone was willing to drop by, what is your phone and location?
Let's start the help right here.
Did it come with a bulkhead or any other plumbing?
Is the hole exactly 2" in diameter?
A 1.5" bulkhead requires a 2 3/8" hole.
This size allows water to flow better. It's a good thing.
Did the setup come with a return pump and sump?
A pic might be helpful if you can post one.

Aloha and
