i have a 75 gal sump that i'm building for my 120 gal tank, just wondering if i could use live rock and rubble to build the baffels.  just pile it up like makeing a dam on a lake. what you think, i have seen sumps with no baffels in it and i have seen them with just rock all over the bottom.   what you thinkEmbarrassed

The only issue would be if you are running an in sump skimmer. Then you would need to build at least one chamber for it. Other than that it should work just fine.
