I am wanting to lower my lights but cant find my instructions. Does anyone know how to loosen the wire on the hanging mounting bracket?
I have flying monkeys and I'm not afraid to use them.

holding the light up with one hand, with the other hand simply press down on the top pin that has the wire going through it....then drop to the position you like and de-press (is that a word?) the pin and it will pop back up and allow the fixture to lock in at that height.
