Could be a small anemone of some type (in fact i don't doubt it at all). They could also be small featherduster worms. They are a very common hitchhiker on LR

you can see small feather dusters in the left of the photo on the same rock. i originally thought they were those but they are growing faster and dont retract as fast as feather dusters...i may go into rock and reef and see if they can help me id them
Not feather duster worms nor spaghetti Worms. I don't know their name but I've seen something like them before. They appear to be worms that live in a calcareous tube, mostly within the rock. Enjoy
