Hey guys, I am gunna get some retro's for a 90 gallon tank. Do you think 2x 250 watt retro's are enough, or to much?

I run 250's on my 90g and they work great. I have seen people do 150s-175watters as well and they worked pretty good.

They are perfect for that type of tank. Are you going to supplement them with T5, PC or LED?

Sounds like a good plan to me. The only problem you'll run in to is with acans or other corals that don't like a ton of light. Just make sure you have some shaded areas and you should be good.

Do you think I should step it down? I could go less watts probably because I will have the t5s...

I would think that with the 4 T5's all you would need would be 150's or 175's. Unless you're running all 4 bulbs actinic....
