so about a year ago or so i bought a nova extreme light fixture 48" with 4 bulbs 2 actinics and 2 10k and now only 2 bulbs work out of the 4 it started out with and all the bulbs are fearly new so its not that im 99% sure anyone know how i can fix this or anyone know how to fix it please let me knoe

Its probably a 2 ballast fixture. I would check to make sure the bulb ends are touching the metal in the fixture first, but you could have a bad ballast

i think its a bad ballast i tried switching all the bulbd and they all turn on when they are in the ffront two spots? can the ballast be fixed?

sure it can just find a provider that have nova ballasts, im not sure if putting another brand would cause any problems

Classic Current USA problem. Ballasts last about a year and then need to be replaced. I personally would contact Reefgeek and see if you can use a better ballast. I wouldn't use SunPak ballasts that Current uses.

i talked to a guy at the lfs and he sugested going to home depot he said it should be cheaper there ill watch out for the sun pack thats if they even have them there

Home depot won't have sunpak ballasts. Home depot also won't have the proper t5HO ballasts that you need.
