So my anemone went from as big as I have seen it, thinking it might even be splitting, to shriveled and small.  Is this Normal or better question do you think its ok.   I just did a water change yesterday.   Everything else is looking great.   Haven't done any water tests today

Normal and okay if it doesn't happen too often. It's probably looking better today, right?
If you would like to tell us about how the tank is set up, we can tell you if there is anything that can be improved.

Yeah, don't mind my moment of panic.    It is fine and healthy today, and I think it might be splitting.    My little clown hosts in it, and it help keeps my wife interested in the hobby, hence the panic!
I am sure there are things that can be improved in my tank.   I learn something new everyday.    It is a 65g with one 250w mh pendant, 20 gal sump with rubble and chaeto, lots of pods.   Not sure what brand the return pump and skimmer are, I bought the tank set up.   It has 2 koralias (a 2 and 3).    Lots of live rock, I tried to keep as much surface area of the sand clear as possible.   Bit of a hair algae problem, but it used to be cyano, so I am happy that is gone.   I have a couple of sps, a hammer, lots of xenia and kenya, zoos, rics, mushrooms.   Basically the beginner corals, and the anemone.   livestock are three clowns, two bangai's, a sixline wrasse, pearly jawfish, yellow watchman goby (that is white!), peppermint shrimp, and a cleaner shrimp, plus normal clean up crew and 2 strawberry crabs that have been in the tank since before I got it.
Everything tests within acceptable ranges and I use ro/di water for changes and top off.   I posted pics a while back, I will bump them up.
Wow long post but I can learn a lot from the people here.
