 Topic: Tonights meeting

I am so sad . We are not going to be able to make it to tonights meeting. Jeff has to work very late and I have had the stomach flu today. I will be thinking about all of you and will see you all at the Jan meeting if not sooner. Don't forget to vote tonight!! (for me of coarse!)

Thanks Mike. As you know I have been so excited for this meeting. I am actually feeling better than I did this morning so if I continue to feel better and I can find a ride, I may make it. (fingers crossed) Thanks for all of your support.

I just have to share how cute my girls are...they keep telling me that I need to get better to go to the meeting because it looks bad on election night not going to the meeting. It's like they think I can "wish" myself better!

Don't forget if you didn't make it to the meeting you can still PM your vote to Jake or Shane and it will get counted.

From what I've read so far it sounds like the meeting was great. I really wish we could've been there. But, I'm still not feeling good and Jeff is actually just walking in the door from work. So how was it? Details...I want details!

Summary:
Reef gadgets are good!  Most of the tank of the month winners weren't there...
Most of the Presidency candidates weren't there...
Adam hogged all the raffle tickets and won half the prizes.  Jake took home the glory prize. (mega flow thingie)

Santa Scott was great. He won a dual 250w MH ballast of all things. Adam and Jake came away with some sweet loot. It was fun to watch them taunting each other during the whole meeting. It was just another great meeting for the club.

I saw Brandon but didn't get to meet him again  I saw the HUGE beckett skimmer but didn't get to take it home. There were many people conspicuously missing last night including Ross and Carolyn and the eclairs but there was still a great crowd! Ryan even came down from Heber City!

My wife wanted to come down and get some Christmas shopping done, so it worked out great for me! I don't think there is anything I hate worse then shopping...  (unless it is for my tank)
It was another great meeting as usual and great to see old familiar faces and new ones.(I think it has been almost 3 years since I've been to one) It is impressive what the club has done and that people will give so freely of their time to the cause. Great job!
